Where could I purchase a WW2 Royal Canadian Engineers shoulder flash, Third Canadian Division emblem/insignia, and silver stripe/chevron please?

Would these items be expensive to purchase?

My father wore a silver stripe/chevron on his uniform as a Sapper with the Royal Canadian Engineers in World War 2.

I believe the chevron refers to service, is this true?
