I've heard of RMC's military skills/sandhurst teams and it seems like something I want to attempt to join. Can anyone provide insight on their selection process, specific training, and advice in general for selection?

. . . Each team is comprised of 11 officer cadets (nine per obstacle with two resting) who must work together to overcome the formidable and varied obstacles they encounter during the competition. To become a member of the team, officer cadets must pass a gruelling selection process held at the beginning of the school year, followed by daily training.

One would assume that the best source of information would be from your cadet chain of command at RMC or CMR St-Jean. That is, of course, if you are a cadet at one of the milcols. If not, then the first thing you would have to do is apply for ROTP (or UTPNCM, if you're an NCM), get selected for subsidized education and go to MilCol.
