Hi everyone-
So, the recruiting officer said that my positive was my CFAT score, and that my negative is that I should consider some formal training/experience in order to make my application stronger while on the merit board.
I applied for geo tech, met tech, and construction, and all of my experiences were either university courses or being self-taught because I have a natural love of each of those trades. My question is...short of enrolling in college courses, what suggestions do you have for me to help bolster my merit board standing?
