From recruitment center it is said that LOG position is closed for this fiscal year. Is there anything to be worried that next fiscal year this position will not open?

I wouldn't worry about it. It is a trade that has a lot of churn so it is generally always open.

Every occupation requires training. Frequently occupations will close because they are at or above their training capacity.
