You would think "not much" due to the fact that the conservatives are the only right of center party while the other two credible opponents are both left of center. However, it is interesting to read into the personal dynamics of the leaders and to see how much this affects there actual bearing.
Harper and Martin are the two main contenders, so there is no chance of cooperation. Two big parties with the support at work here, so you couldn't see them getting along.
Martin and Layton hate each other. Remember Martin's comment of Layton's "handlers"? It would be interesting to see if these two could get along.
Anything Martin and Duceppe could do would be overshadowed by staunch Liberal opposition to the serperatist movement.
It seems egos have just as much weight as ideology here, so the whole thing is a toss up, especially with the smattering of smaller parties that will get support because people are fed up with the big fish. I think the most interesting result will be if Harper is 5-10 seats short of a majority. I bet you he already has a list of Liberal's who would cash out and cross the floor in exchange for some sort of Cabinet positon.
