parade help plz

I'm kind of in  a dilemma here. My unit has a parade on thursday but i never passed my bmq(unfortuntly placed pothole) I dont have the what should i where. i was told greens but i was also told to just dress up too. what should i do???

Call your next-higher in your chain of command.  They will give all the information you need.
