Just came across this tid-bit.
Russia has "successfully" conducted a test of its "upgraded" A-135 Ballistic Missile Defence system which it has ALWAYS had around Moscow.
Why is it an escalation for the Americans to try to emulate a system the technically superior Russians already have?
