Lost Qualifications?

A question about status of trade qualifications. My Regiment was re-rolled a few years ago from Armoured to Recce. Many in the unit have Armoured QL4‘s (Driver/Gunner, etc...). My understanding, mainly gunnery, is you must have a "refresher" once a year to keep your qualifications, is this true?

That‘s true, although I‘m not sure of the timeline. Gunnery for sure has lapsed. We should still hold any avgp family driver quals though.

Shapey You never loose your quals. All you do is a refresher even yrs after. Damn if you did loose them, we have to CF spending so much money.

I agree, keeping the AVGP driver‘s up to speed is useful. A quick conversion coarse and you are into the Coyotes......well, we wish!
