Looking for Air Force Colonol Walter Ischenko

Hi everyone, a friend of mine asked me if i could find an old family friend for her, and knowing the good information on this site i decided to see if you could help. His name is Walter Ischenko, last my friend knew he was a Colonol (air force) stationed in Alberta. I know this is an army site and a long shot but any help would be appreciated.
