Location/Status of Col (BGEn?) Pat Strogran

Fella's I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me Col Pat Strogran's location.
The reason is: I was going to send him an item in the mail prior to April 18th - the date 4 years ago that four men from 3 PPCLI got hit with 'friendly fire'.  I just need his current rank (incl status) and postal (mailing) address.

Any help would be much appreciated.
