Mel Brown, former CO 2 RCHA, rum and coke aficionado, who continued to serve as a DND public servant long after his retirement from the CAF (into his 80s before his second retirement), stubborn, cantankerous, opinionated, and with a heart of gold, has passed away, per a Facebook post from his son in law. Obituary and details to follow once the family have completed arrangements.
