How do I view poll results?

Hello,
does anyone know how I can view the results of the various polls posted on the main page? I seem to be able to vote, however once I submit, the results never come up. Additionally I am interested in the results of previous polls.

Oh, and what do these +x/-x member rating mean? Ever since the board changed over to this new format, these questions have been nagging me.

That's a rating system thing, if people like what you have to say, then they give you a +, if not, then a -.  That's the gist of it anyway.

Hi Gruending, unfortunately there's no way short of searching, to see the poll from the main page, but I'm hoping to have that resolved in future.
