Forms to be signed upon enrollment

I was wondering if there is a pdf or something of the enrollment waiver that is signed by accepted applicants--I'm hoping to read it over before I sign it.
Just can't seem to find it on any government sites as of yet.

Enrollment waiver? You mean like your contract? You can take the time to read the forms when you go to do your enrollment. They won't give your spot to someone else if you take an extra 5 minutes to read the whole document over.
