The Camp X Historical Society will be hosting an "Evening with Evelyn Davis" who is a Camp X Veteran.
Camp X was a spy training school during the second world war and a radio communications centre up until the 60's. Evelyn worked at the Camp and married another Camp X veteran, Les Davis. Evelyn will be sharing her experiences from the war and life after. We will have, on hand, Evelyn's personal collection of images from Camp X along with personal belongings issued during her period of service.
This event will take place 28 November 2008 at 1930 at the Centennial Building in Whitby, Ontario.
