BMQ and SQ Training Questions

I am just waiting now for the interviews for Reserve Officer and they should come mid-September. I am trying to gather info about BMQ and SQ training in summer 2007. Will I be doing both in the same summer? Some places tell me that BMQ and SQ each run 20 days, some places I find BMQ lasting 5 weeks, some places say 10 weeks. Some clarification please. How long are these two courses? Also, how much pay can I expect from each course. I am assuming that during training I will be "Officer Cadet" and not "Second Lieutenant" and therefore be on the Officer Cadet pay scale. I have searched all over for this info and find none, so any help regarding these questions would be greatly appreciated.
