I'll be starting BMQ soon hopefully, the only thing I am concerned about is getting through the beep test alive. I've been practicing on what I think is twenty meters. The best score I've been able to get shofar is lvl 4.6 what's the best way for me to get my lvl up faster? I'm 24 and should be able to do this. Any technics I could use or any advice anyone can give?
