2.) I am currently on army BMQ. My plan is to finish SQ then go on to part-time studies at a certain college called CDI College. Does the education benefit cover part-time studies?

4.) I am thinking about transfering to Navy sometime down the road. How long does a transfer take? Where do they do their BMQ? On a ship? Is it different from the army's BMQ?
