Weightlifting is the best way, but I believe as of today, 1 April 13, a new fitness test has be implemented which omits all the previous tests of the Expres Test
I recently bruised a couple ribs, and am set to go on BMOQ-L/CAP. Besides ibuprofen, does anyone have any other suggestions to get through the course with minimal pain other than not going?
