A lot of what you can and can't do will depend on your staff. You can survive the indoc period bringing only the minimums. Once you get a feeling for what your staff allow and don't allow, you can always go to the Canex or Walmart to pick up anything helpful that might be in the grey-area

Apparently the anthro requirements for the Grob were out of date. I don't think the cockpit changed sizes so I dont get it either... I wasn't about to ask too many questions about it though
The whole process has been just under a year; they told me I was too tall for the Grob when I was in Trenton, but then I got a call in May saying they changed the measurements and I fit now haha. I was Merit Listed at the beginning of last month.
Alright, I found some measurement requirements online for the USAF and just made it for torso length so maybe there's hope. I applied under DEO; not many spots left for this year but new fiscal year for hiring starts in April so not too long of a wait if I don't get in this year.

Just finished my interview and will be moving on to ASC. The recruiter informed me that there are 51 DEO pilot spots still available for this fiscal year (April 1 - March 30); however, 30 of those spots are reserved for people with previous military experience.
