Well I did manage to find a ref in the CFAO's. I'm going to have to request approval from NDHQ. Thanks for your help guys, I don't think there's much else out there. It clearly defines RCMP Auxiliaries.

Both organizations are aware my priorities lie with the RCAF, and will always be as such. Everything I do the Auxiliary is on my own time. Any injuries or issues, are at no cost to the DND as was stated in my memo. I've laid it out quite clearly, I'm just now being asked to provide a Ref.
