    Yes, that is what we've been told, I was initially just wondering what exactly a restricted posting is, because all they told him him was that it's restricted, and didn't explain at all what that means.

My husband is supposed to begin a "restricted Posting" next month in Kingston for ATIS training.  He'll be there for 9 months at least and we were told that the restrictions should be lifted no problem. But we have no clue what it means in the first place...
