Sounds like it could work. Recce = Armour Reconn = Infantry I've got it now. Both are reconnaissance (sp?), just different branches.

So, uh... taking a look at the various badges, I noticed there's Recce and Reconn. What's the difference between the two?

geez... some of these timeframes are scary... 2 years for a CT?!? I've mentioned in other threads that CFRC's just waiting on my background check. What's after that? The Fitness Test, yeah. What else? And how long does the background check take? Things seem to be moving pretty quickly for me so...

I'm just waiting on my background check. Once that's done, CFRC Kitchener will fire my file back to 11th Field, where I'll hopefully get started pretty quick. I'm real eager to get started with my training. Too much sitting around for me at the moment. The anticipation's killing me!

Okay, I bought a cap badge from a coin/militaria shop today, and I have no idea what regiment it is. I've never seen this cap badge before in my life. Could someone help me figure out what regiment this cap badge is from? A picture's attached, and yes, that wheel on the badge spins.

Former Army Cadet. Got to Warrant, went on exchange to Scotland. Now I'm waiting for CFRC Kitchener to finish my background check and send my file back to 11th Field Arty so I can start with the unit.
