    I am a navy reserve and all I now is i am going to Borden BMQ for 8 week this summer, I was told that the army res., air res. and navy res. all do the same course together.

    I have read that thread more than once, but I have desided to try out the do 20-25 pushups everytime I think of it, I think it might work better, going to give it a try. I just wanted to know which way people found faster results but I will experiment.

    having trouble adding reps

    I just did 30(proud of myself), but after waiting 10 seconds I did 3 and fell(gave out). Though I don't dowt that it works but I don't think my muscles are made for such little breaks. I might try peramids. I think my muscles need longer breaks
