That is all true, kicked out was an aggressive term. Those are all options, however from what I have seen in the majority of cases with driving fails it has been PRB and then 5D. I don't know why they opt for the 5D with most cases, if I was to hazard a guess it could be because there are over...
When I was first applying, I found a lot of general information on the process, however not a lot of armour specific information for between BMQ and Regiment.
This is for Armour NCM , officers is out of my wheel house. Times may vary, but the following is an out line from my own experience...
So pretty much work hard and see where the chips land!
Do your marks in bmq and trades course afterwards have any baring on which regiments your assigned to? I've heard of it in the fire department top scores in the class get first Crack at station choice; does the cf do the same thing...
Given it starts on Halloween; anyone else have their costume picked out? I'm stuck between Gunnery Sgt. Hartman or Spider man...or Deadpool to capture a both a comic/military theme!
Thank you Sergeant Laen,
One other quick question concerning follow up paper work prior to bmq.
Will they be mailing or emailing the time/place for swear in, flight/hotel info and kit list?
I am away from home from the 9th-19th and enrollment is scheduled for the 20th.
Thank you,
Panda.
Good Evening,
I received my enrollment offer and emailed my acceptance back on Sunday evening. The offer has both a enrolment date and BMQ date. I would like to get the ball rolling on informing my current employers that I will be resigning....however I haven't heard anything back from my file...
He said he had done 4yrs infantry/10yrs carpentry.
I have seen lots of examples in this thread of taller people doing the job.
I doubt there is a statistic for this, do tall people have higher attrition rates in armour? If they do and it's do to wear and tear is there any advice or go to...
I was going to post this in the "too tall for armour" but a warning thing said to start a new thread since it was 365 inactive.

From my experience depending on the department (calgary/area) for fire anyone can go on a ride along. As long as they sign the waiver and stay hands off on calls. Being that fire recruitment can be a long road, offering ride along to applicants helps guys come into interviews and the job with a...
The benefits cover massage therapy, chiro/acupuncture? Or only if it's prescribed by a cf doctor?
Some times I get tightness in my hip from too much kicking that stretching and lacrosse ball can't work away as well as a session of Shockwave therapy/grastone. I would need to take a full day...
On the cf Web site it says that 100% of our benefits are covered. Is there a yearly limit on physio, chiropractic, ect..?
The care is from cf providers from my understanding. Does that cover a lot of the preventative maintenence needed to prevent overuse injuries? Example being long ruck March...
My file is in the review phase of the reliability check and background check right now for crewman.
Is it a realistic worry to be given an offer and BMQ date prior to the beginning of October 2016?
I only say worry as I have an prior commitment I would like to attend in October, of the two...
