I always use water. I've never heard that water's better though. The only thing i heard is that protein gets absorbed quicker if there's some carbs in the drink in a 4:1 ratio (protein to carb). There's some that claim it has no effect though...

I've never stirred. I just put it in a cup w/ lid and then shake it. I've never seen any clumpiness. I guess that's caused by the stirring... or perhaps that's just the brand you're buying. also... my protein powder tastes fantastic. :)

Thanks Stacked. I hated that i had to pass on the May BMQ offer and wondered if i'd get another offer soon. My mind's been all over the place the past week... lol. It's fantastic that I got a call today since he said he'd probably call in June.  :D

Wow, there's a lot of people going on Aug 29th. Out of the 18 going in August, 15 are enrolled for the 29th... and about 8 of them are from Alberta.

Which CFRC are you from?

you won't if i start on the Aug 29th date other people seem to have. Your basic should end on Aug 18th. :P
