Thanks for the compliment. Everything on the LAV III were scratch built, including the mentioned parts, except the bottom hull and a few other things. I had already posted a link in the above thread to the WIP. You can check it out.

The LAV III was scratchbuilt. I used the turret that came from the LAV-25. If you are intersted in building a LAV III Real Model has an excellent conversion piece with all the extras. The best LAV III offering to date.

hi chimo. There was a reason why i had taken it at that angle...there's nothing in there. There's no opening whatsoever. :) Sorry for that :)

Well, I have just completed the M1129 Mortar Styker Variant. I used the AFV club M1126 Stryker kit to make the conversion using lots of styrene to build up and replace some parts. Hope you like the pics.hope you like the work done on it.

Just completed this build a or two ago. I did not pack this beast with many cargo as you can see. Now, since I did not construct the slat armor we can safely say, it is not an Iraqi OIF Version. :) So this can be any body's version. The launcher, which is scratch built, can be raised if wanted...
