Is there much training in vip/close protection training in the forces. And do regular army units provide close protection or does that task go to JTF. My goal isn't the JTF, but vip/close protection work does intrest me. Thanks

I would like someone to tell me about the diffrent duties a MP would perform in the navy or airforce opposed to an army MP.Also being a army MP is there the chance of serving on a navy ship or at an airforce base,and vice versa for the other services. Thanks :sniper:

How hard should I be training for BT. I currently run for time, 30 min at a good pace (for a 280 lbs guy).Also while on course (from BT until I get posted) is it wake up hit the road running or is there a warm up then run? I need to know so I‘m not the guy at the back of the pack getting some...

I was told you can request to be posted out of the recuiting area. But that is just a request. It won‘t happen just because you request it. This is what the recuting office told me so if I‘am wrong sorry.

Try running in 5 min intervals.{I started 2 min run 3 min walk} I am now doing 4.5 min run .5 min walk. I am not a runner type at all {6‘6" 280 lbs}. I also started a circit traing program with dumbbells this also helped with my cardio and strenth. This really worked for me in 6 months I lost 45...
