Wright, What do you mean by the above statement?? Do you mean they just expect you to run as fast as you can, but not necessarily all at the same pace??

I spoke to a child phychologist regarding the impacts to my son while im away in basic. He is only 5yrs old and i have never been apart from him more than a two week period. So 3.5 months in basic is going to be a challenge for all, i am sure. The physchologist recommended keeping all of his...

    Recovering from Knee Surgery

You should do activities based on what your doctor or physio recommends. Biking and Swimming are the normal recommendations after surgery to get flexibility and strength back. Eventually you should be able to run again on it with little to no problems.

    Knee problem after soccer

Exactly what i have been trying to say, injuries should not be just left to chance. Best to get them checked out!! Wouldn't you rather know and start recouping than put it aside and make things worse.

    Knee problem after soccer

Locking usually indicates cartilege floating around inside the ligament, this can usually be corrected pretty easily with day surgery doing the orthoscopic route, where they insert a camera and a tool to extract through small incisions...easy breezy recovery with physio afterwards. Usually is...
