Well, You are in luck! I'm an ex-RCAF AVN, with 3 years running the  T58 Engine Bay in Pat Bay.  If you have a specific question I can give you hand trying to figure out what you are trying to do or what the manuals are telling you. PM if you want or here on the board is fine. As for parts...

All you have to do is get your self to Pat Bay.....you'll be sailing as a Pte once you are done the Navy ship course (NETP). Several of the young guys out here have been out on the ships. Just be careful what you wish for.....

The best way to put on weight is, by far using a GOMAD and heavy lifting approach. GOMAD ( Gallon of Milk a day) plus normal meals will put serious pounds on! I used it and put on 12lbs in 11days. I did stop b/c I was sick of milk but continued through with the rest of my squat program. That is...

Bobsled. And yes I have been in a Bobsled and yes, it is the coolest ride you'll ever get to do (unless you fly a fixed wing fast mover-peice of junk ;) Trouble is, it's not a 'recognised' CF sport, so I have met some resistance with my ideas.
