    Start in the kitchen.  Portion size from current and keep cutting it down each week by about 1/8.  Also, start meal by drinking a full glass of water.  Cut out processed foods and go more whole foods.  On top of that, follow the caf site on basic exercise.  Chart what you goal is and benchmark...
